At Bonavita Art Galleria, every piece is hand-finished and carefully packaged before it leaves our studio.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak periods or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at bonavitagalleria@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
